Hello
My name is Kristyn, and I am a bodywork practitioner with over 20 years of experience in movement and manual therapy. My work is rooted in quiet, attentive touch and an approach that listens as much as it treats. My foundation includes orthopedic therapy, biodynamic craniosacral work, and movement-based manual therapy.
I bring precision without losing sight of the whole person, using movement, mobilization, and stillness to support each client’s unique needs. Every session is tailored to what the body is asking for, offering work that is specific, effective, and never forceful.
My approach helps release long-held patterns while supporting greater ease, mobility, and connection. Through steady, responsive touch, I create space for the body to soften, organize, and be met exactly as it is.
